Currently, we support Cash on Delivery only.

No. Currently, Buybydeal.com delivers products only with in India.

You can use Pin Code check option which is available at product page.

Note: If we do not deliver to your Pin Code currently, it does not mean we do not deliver in future.

1. How could I cancel “my order”?

Please click on "My Orders" in the “allOrders page” cancel option available.
You can cancel your order before it has been packed at our warehouse.

Your order can be cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
1. Technical issues
2. Product(s) not available
3. Incomplete shipping address
4. Your area pin code not serviceable
5. Invalid e-mail id
6. Shipping undelivered

1. What if I find package opened or tampered during delivery?

Please don’t accept an open or tampered package.

2. How many days will it take to deliver my ordered item?

Mostly, all orders are delivered within 2-3 days from the date of ordered.
However, there may be some unforeseen circumstances which may affect the shipment date.
In such case, we will send an e-mail, intimating you about the issue and revised delivery date.

3. How can I track my orders shipment?

A tracking ID will be provided to you after orders shipped.

You can return products purchased from Buybydeal.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. How could I create a request for return of the product?

Step 1: Click on "My Orders" under "allOrders" page and choose the item to be returned.
Step 2: Click on “create return” button and choose address,choose return reason.
Step 3: Check pinCode.
Step 4: Click checkbox to ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and all tags are correctly available, the product with any combo or free items (if any) must be in its original condition.
Step 5: Click on the “apply button”.

4. What is “return product” quality check?

Quality check is a process to ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and
all tags are correctly available; the product with any combo or free items (if any)
must be in its original condition.

5. When “return product” quality being checked?

Type 1: At the time of return pickup, our staff will check and also at our warehouse return center.

Type 2: If return is pickup not available, self-courier-based returned product will be checked at our warehouse return center.

6. Steps for how to pack up return products?

Return pickup by our staff: Please place the product in a pack with tags available on product
and keep it ready, our return pickup staff will examine it and further quality check will
be conducted at our warehouse return center.
Self-couriered: Please place the product in a pack with tags available on the product and
ensure the product is unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and add the return address on a piece of paper
placed on the pack and courier it.
Note: If the product contains combo or any free item, place this combo or any free item along
with product and pack it.

7. When return product will be picked up?

Our logistic partner will intimate you about the pickup.

8. What if return pickup is not available for my Pin Code?

Self-courier: Please place the product in a pack with tags available on the product and
ensure the product is unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and add the return address
on a piece of paper placed on the pack and courier it.
Note: If the product contains combo or any free item, place this combo or any free item along
with product and pack it.

9. Product delivered to one location and want to return the same from other location?

Yes, product can be returned from other location only if your area Pin Code is serviceable.

10. What if returned products quality check get succeeded?

Step 1: Buybydeal.com will refund your full amount for the returned product.
Step 2: Buybydeal.com will send you an e-mail with details of your refunded amount.

11. What if your returned product quality check get failed?

Your return request will be declined.

13. How returned product get refunded?

Full refund amount will be transferred through NEFT.
The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer’s account after 2 to 3 days of item received to our ReturnCenter.
