The status of your orders will be updated time to time from our end.
The following exceptions and rules apply to shipping Policy:
1. Mostly , all orders are delivered with in 5-6 days from the date of ordered.
how ever there may be some unforeseen circumstance which may affect the shipment date.
In such case, we will intimate you about the issue and revise delivery date.
2. Most of the items are shipped for free. for items that require separate shipping charges,
we will indicate it clearly in the product details page and during order placement.
3. Currently we ship orders in India only.
4. Please don't accept an open or tampered package.
5. Once your orders is undelivered by our logistic partner then we will cancel your orders.
6. There may be some unforeseen circumstance or any technical issue may leads to the shipping of wrong product.
once you found wrong product delivered please refuse to accept the product from our logistic partner.

You have the option to return items purchased on buybydeal.com. you can return item purchased with in 7 days from the date of items delivered.
once 7 days period over we wont accept the items.
The following exceptions and rules apply to return policy:
1. All items to be returned must be unused,unwashed and in their original conditions,all tags associated with items must be correctly available and packing intact should not be broken or tampered.
2. In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift or any combo associated with it and you wish to return the items.please also return
the free gift or combo associated with it.if you failed to return free gift or combo associated with it your return will be declined and no amount will be refunded.
3. Return pickup of the purchased item will be available only if our logistic partner support return pickup for your pincode.other wise you have to return by your self i.e self courier.
4. For self courier pack the return items perfectly and returnCenter address available at help page of buybydeal.com
5. For return items which is self couriered, you are responsible for any damage,lost,undelivered of items to our ware house returnCenter.
6. Once you self couriered and the item should reach to our warehouse returnCenter with in 15 days from the date of return created else your return will be declined.
7. Once the return pickup is assigned and you failed to return items to our logistic partner. then your return request will be marked as filed and you have to try again based on this return policy.
8.Once the returned items reached our warehouse returnCenter the items is tested for unused,unwashed and items are in their original conditions,all tags associated with the items are correctly available and packing intact should not be broken or tampered with.
On success full amount of the returned items will be refunded. else your return process will be declined.
9. On success of returnCenter test the full refund amount for your returned items will be transfered through NEFT ,with in 3 to 8 days to your given bank account.
10. For the items which is damaged/wrong product inside pack. if you choose return you have to create return with in 2 days of delivery.how ever if your area pinCode is serviceable by our logistic partner we will arrange return pickup.
if pinCode not serviceable we will ask you to dispatch the items.After the items received based on this return policy we will initiate refund.
Instantly or with in 1 day of delivery you have to report us on support-in@buybydeal.com with images of what contains inside a pack and we will investigate and based on report we will proceed. once you failed to report us instantly or with in 1 day we will decline the issue.
In no event shall buybydeal.com or its suppliers,affiliates,service providers and their respective officers,directors,employees,partners be liable for damages for loss of profits,good will,use,data or based on any theory of liability including of contract or warranty or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your use of or access to the web site,its services,contact or this agreement. how ever arising including negeliance.buybydeal.com entire and aggregate liability in any circumstance including there terms and conditions shall not exceed ( Rupees one hundred,INR 100) or the amount of fees,if any,paid by you to buybydeal.com under the relevant order to which the cause of action for the liability released. buybydeal.com,associates,affiliates and service providers and tech partners make no representation or warranties about accuracy,reliability,completeness and or time line any content,information,software,text,graphics,link or communication provided on or through the use of the web site or that the operation of the web site will be error free and or uninterrupted.consequently, buybydeal.com assumes no liability for any damage suffered by you or on account of delay,failure,interruption or corruption of any data or other informations transmitted in connection with use of the web site, any interruption or errors in the operations of the web site.
